All spa sales are final.
Cancellation/Late Arrival:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for the cancellation of any services. 50% of the cost of services will be charged for cancellations less than the minimum time permitted
- Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin on time
Membership Terms and Conditions:
- A credit card is required to enroll in a monthly spa membership and will be billed on the first of each month.
- Memberships are a minimum of 6 months.
- Appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly spa service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.
- Per our Cancellation Policy, please provide 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation to avoid being subject to a 50% fee in addition to your monthly membership dues.
- Spa membership dues do not include gratuities.
- Gift memberships may be purchased at any time. Ask a front desk associate for details.
- Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons. No substitutions, transfer of membership or refunds.
- To cancel a membership, you must provide written notice 30 days prior; at which point a one time fee will be charged if any of the 6 month membership is remaining.
- Achieve Wellness Spa reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
- Achieve Wellness Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services with a 30-day written notice.
- Birthday massage must be used during your birthday month.

- These updates apply to new subscriptions only.
- Status changed to Overdue if not paid 7 days after renewal is due
- Status changed to Suspended if not paid within 7 days after account overdue.
- Full remaining renewal balance is then due upon account cancellation (14 days after renewal is due)
