MEET OUR TEAM
Alethea Austin has been licensed to practice Physical Therapy and Acupuncture in Fort McMurray Alberta since 2004. She has over 7 years University education with degrees in Psychology and Medical Rehabilitation. Alethea has an extensive background in both business and management. She has owned her own company for 10 years and currently owns and directs Achieve Wellness Spa since 2014. High quality multi-disciplinary care is a model Alethea is passionate about. Achieve Wellness Spa is a Quality Assured medical day spa with the Leading Spas of Canada and Alethea oversees nearly 40 health and wellness specialists. She is a dedicated mother, wife and community member. In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors for the Spa Industry Association of Canada she also sits on the Sub-Divisions and Appeals Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Alethea is an active Chamber of Commerce member and is always helping out many local charities. She understands the connections between mind, body and spirit and is here to help make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Tom Austin has a background in finance and Holistic Nutrition. Tom is a Director and plays an integral role in the day to day operations of Achieve Wellness Spa. Tom has lived in Fort McMurray for over 14 years and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the people in what he considers his ‘home town’.
Terri Lynn is a Certified Esthetician from North Harbour, Newfoundland. She received her certification from Academy Canada where she graduated at the top of her class. She moved to Fort McMurray in March of 2007 and is thoroughly enjoying her career as an esthetician in this growing community.
Terri Lynn found Esthetics when she started to look for a career where she could work with a variety of people on a daily basis. She realized after working in the retail and service industry that she found working with a diverse group of people fulfilling.

Holly has travelled from Ontario to join our team here at Achieve Wellness. Educated at the Canadian college of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Toronto, Holly is excited to apply the trainings she took from this school and better the health of people here in Fort Mc Murray. Coming with years of customer service experience Holly is passionate about people and customizing each treatment to address your individual needs. Holly has experience in pre natal massage, palliative care, workings with vulnerable people and youths. Soon to be certified in hot stone therapy Holly Is happy to join the team here at Achieve Wellness and hopes to see you soon!
Dion Brake moved to Fort McMurray from Newfoundland and feels at home in such a diverse culture. While scraping his vehicle off in -50 degree temperatures isn’t his passion, continuing to grow with a strong community is, and Fort McMurray was a natural fit. He completed a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University and proceeded to work in a fast paced, trend setting hospital in Saskatchewan. Since then Dion has worked exclusively in private clinics, assuring high quality patient care. Although Dion is an avid hockey player, he keeps his gloves on when he performs Dry Needling, just one of the various certifications he has completed, which include; Vestibular Rehab, Concussion Management, and Advanced Manual Therapy techniques such as Spinal and Peripheral Manipulation. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and an outstanding previous clinical experience in the community, Dion ensures his standard of care meets the expectations of the people in Fort McMurray.
Dr. Arashdeep Khaira, ND graduated from the University of Calgary with BSc Honours in Biological Sciences. She then moved to Toronto to pursue her Bachelor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). At CCNM she was an intern at Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC) as well as RSNC’s satellite clinic, LAMP, where the focus was to improve physical, emotional and social well being of the local community. Arashdeep also interned at Adjunctive Cancer Care shift at RSNC providing complementary Naturopathic Medicine to patients with cancer. She is a member of Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) and Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors (AAND).
Arashdeep is interested in management of chronic health conditions, mental health, gastrointestinal complaints, weight management, female health concerns, hormonal imbalances, fertility and skin conditions. She is a strong believer in preventative medicine and treating the root cause of ailments. Arashdeep enjoys educating her patients and empowering them to achieve optimal mental, physical and emotional health. She has been practicing in Fort McMurray since 2015. She loves being part of this community and health journey of her patients.
Robyn grew up in St. Johns, Newfoundland. Here she attended the Massage Therapy program at Academy Canada Career College. Graduated in August 2015, she started her first job as a Registered Massage Therapist within a multidisciplinary clinic. Since then she has also worked in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is new to Fort Mcmurray.
Always eager to meet and help new people, Robyn makes welcoming clients into a comfortable and professional environment her top priority.
Robyn is trained in relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic sports massage, prenatal, lymphatic massage and cupping.
Reggena finished her diploma in esthetics in 2010, from Headhunters school of Hair & Esthetics in Kamloops BC.Receiving top grades in her classes.
She has been passionate about esthetics for as long as she can remember. She loves learning about all the new and upcoming spa services, and being able to offer them to her clients.

Brianne Is a certified Esthetician from Northern British Columbia originally. She just moved to Fort Mcmurray in September 2021. With over 12 years of experience, Brianne is very passionate about her career, she enjoys helping clients feel relaxed and more confident in themselves. She has taken advanced pedicure courses and is a Certified Master Pedicurist. Her favourite services to perform are facials, waxing and pedicures.

Hello my name is Katia. I’ve been a resident of Fort McMurray since 2015 and decided to raise my family here. I’ve been a message therapists for over 7 years, and I take great pride in helping people, whether it’s getting over an injurie or body maintenance to keep the aches and pains away or simply come in and relax. I was born in East Africa, a country called Eritrean. I moved to Edmonton in 2019. I am a fully certified esthetician and artificial nail technician. I graduated from MC College in Edmonton. Facials and pedicures are my passion and I’m excited to be apart of the Achieve Wellness team. See you soon.
My name is Kandis Orr-Boucher. I was born & raised on treaty 8 territory here in the Fort McMurray region. I am a Certified Esthetician and new graduate from European Institute of Esthetics. I truly have a passion for helping people which led me to career in Esthetics. I’m very detailed oriented and enjoy making new connections.

Clarissa Thomson RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist from Saskatchewan but has been an albertan for over ten years now. She did her training in calgary at the Professional Institute ofMassage Therapy. She has also completed course in deep tissue, pre/post natal massage and cupping. Her favourite treatments are deep tissue massage and cupping.
Hi, I’m Brittany Asaph. I am new to Fort Mcmurray but I was born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick where I recently finished my certification in massage therapy.
