TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • The Wellness Membership is a continuous membership billed monthly.
    • Your initial membership payment will be processed when you enroll. Subsequent Monthly payments will be charged automatically to the credit card on file on the first day of each month.
    • By enrolling, you authorize Achieve Wellness Spa to process these recurring monthly payments and agree to keep a valid payment method on file.
    • Membership payments are non-refundable.
    • Members may cancel their membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@achievewellnessspa.com
    • Payments scheduled during the 30-day notice period will continue to be processed, and membership services will remain available during the applicable paid period. Once the cancellation takes effect, no further membership payments will be charged.
    • There is no additional early-cancellation fee.
    • Membership services are subject to appointment availability and Achieve Wellness Spa’s regular booking and appointment-cancellation policies.
    • Price plus 5% GST
    • Memberships are not transferable.

  • Membership must remain active for twelve (12) successful monthly payments. If you cancel before 12 payments are completed, one additional monthly payment will be charged as repayment for the $100 gift card.
  • One-time offer per customer.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable.
  • Gift cards have no cash value.

Service Roll-Over

  • Members may roll over a maximum of two unused monthly membership services during each 12-month term.
  • To roll over a service, the member must notify Achieve Wellness Spa in advance.
  • Roll-over requests cannot be applied retroactively after the applicable month has ended.
  • Monthly membership payments will continue as scheduled during a roll-over month. Only the unused service is carried forward—the payment is not postponed, credited, or refunded.
  • Approved rolled-over services may be used only in the next following month, subject to appointment availability.
  • Rolled-over services have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or account credit.
  • Rolled-over services must be used by the member to whom they were issued.
